DISH Network won a small extension on its exclusive sales and marketing relationship with AT&T.
The DBS provider late Tuesday disclosed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that the commercial arrangement between the companies will expire on Jan. 31, 2009, essentially giving the deal a one-month extension.
Earlier this year, DISH disclosed that AT&T would terminate the exclusive sales and marketing agreement between the companies. The deal governs how AT&T markets and sells DISH Network services to its customers.
